Operation Manager

• Monitor daily handling of Air and Ocean shipments for Export and Import booking, documentation, quotation and etc.
• Liaising with customers, overseas agents and vendors such as carrier and hauliers to ensure smooth delivery of shipments.
• Liaise with liners, hauliers and Forwarding agent to procure freight and charges.
• Familiar with Export/Import Procedures and Documentation.
• To supervise and manage all aspects of logistics operations related to shipping.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding, such as HS CODE, and custom requirements.
• To assist Operations Deputy General Manager for smooth operations with all authorities' regulatory requirements.
• Proactively and continuously coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties on the status of shipments.
• Maintain confidentiality with a high level of integrity and commitment.
• To perform ad-hoc tasks as and when requested by the superior.

• Computer skills, i.e., Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
• Able to work independently and trustworthy.
• Good in communication and writing skills.
• Organized & self-motivated.
• Having sincerity and a sense of responsibility for the job.
