  • To process customer order using Auto Count System (Jobsheet, Invoice, Statement, and others)
  • Communicate and provide timely responses between customer, sales, operation, and technician.
  • Email and post invoices, warranty card & others related document to customers.
  • Manage and monitor Technician schedule based on order received.
  • To contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by email and in person.
  • To handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints in an effective manner.
  • To ensure that quality service is provided to customers and maintain close rapport with them.
  • Able speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Preferably with at least 1 years of working experience in administrative and sales job.
  • Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
