- To process customer order using Auto Count System (Jobsheet, Invoice, Statement, and others)
- Communicate and provide timely responses between customer, sales, operation, and technician.
- Email and post invoices, warranty card & others related document to customers.
- Manage and monitor Technician schedule based on order received.
- To contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by email and in person.
- To handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints in an effective manner.
- To ensure that quality service is provided to customers and maintain close rapport with them.
- Able speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferably with at least 1 years of working experience in administrative and sales job.
- Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
