  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, event plans, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
  • On-site Assistance: Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations, handling last-minute changes, and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Assist in gathering feedback from clients, attendees, and internal teams to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, event management techniques, and emerging technologies to enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
  • Qualifications & Experience:

    • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or account management (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills may be considered).Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
    • Basic knowledge of advertising, marketing strategies, and campaign execution.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
