Marketing Executive (Training Academy), Petaling Jaya

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing Executive who will be responsible for promoting our training programs and assist in designing of brochures, flyers, and social media graphics. The ideal candidate should have strong marketing skills, a good understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies, and proficiency in graphic design tools will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote training programs. • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and Google Ads. • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and current industry trends. • Manage the company’s social media accounts, website, and overall online presence. • Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvements. • Organize and promote events, webinars, and workshops to attract participants. • Design brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional materials. • Create visual content such as graphic posters and social media short videos using design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Capcut etc.) • Ensure all designs align with brand identity and messaging. • Work with trainers and management to visualize content for marketing. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field. • Proven experience in marketing and graphic design. • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar. • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, and social media platforms and graphic designing will be an added value. • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
