Job Description Lead Company’s QMS certification and participate in internal, external and 3rd party audit Maintain compliance with all QMS ISO standard and procedures Support the effective implementation of quality policies and associated procedures Manage the quality management documentation based on the requirements of QMS As Management Representative to liaise with certification or regulatory bodies on external audit or product registration respectively. Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g, results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement Define, develop and implement new methods and practices to improve product quality Ensure company in compliance with OSHA Act 1994 To plan and disseminate continuous improvement on safety program from time to time Ad-hoc task assigned by management Requirements: Candidate must possess at least, Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental/health/Safety), Engineering (industrial) or equivalent Knowledge of multiple standards such as ISO9001/ANSI/S20/ISO 13485/21 CFR Part 820/AS9100/ISO1400 would be an advantage Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position Knowledge of basic computer applications such as WORD, Excel, PowerPoint and multiple business applications. Strong presentation skills, strong teamwork and leadership skills.
