To carry out quality auditing on oven products, wrapping, packing and semi-finished goods in accordance with the Inspection & Test Plans. c. To verify the production and expiry date of every activity carried out. d. To collect the finished goods as the retention sample (every shift). e. To perform checkweigher setting and to backup the data, when necessary. f. To carry out moisture test on products for every oven or for semi-finished goods g. To carry out metal detector auditing. h. To do sensory evaluation on cream. i. To verify the quantity of rejected biscuits every end of shifts. j. To verify the condition / acceptability of the cracker meal, recycle dough, cream paste and cream (when necessary) before use. k. To carry out non-conforming biscuits samplings and handling. l. To put on-hold the products that do not conform to the specification. m. To report and highlight all the quality and food safety defects or short comings to his / her superior. n. Other responsibilities as assigned by his superior in his department.
