This is an exciting opportunity to join ACCUTAC SDN BHD as an Sales Support & Admin Executive. In this full-time position based in Penang Island, Penang, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the wider team. Responsibilities: Handling basic indoor sales job like generating quotation to customer & handling online sales Take and process customer orders and payments. Organise deliveries Do Credit checks, raise invoices and deal with paperwork. Handling incoming communications, including phone calls, emails and correspondence Handling day-to-day administrative tasks such as filling, managing correspondence, and maintaining office records. Providing administrative support for various projects and initiatives Assisting with other ad hoc administrative tasks as needed Arrange and track shipments for business purposes. Maintain records for inventory or stock levels. Requirements: Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience in a related field. Possess good communication and coordination skills. Has good initiative, follow-up skills, is well-organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Able to start work immediately. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. On the job training will be provided.
