Job Summary: The Clerk, Parts Coordinator is responsible for processing service parts orders, returns, quotations, managing backorders, and ensuring timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Process service parts orders, returns, reman core & backorder (manual backorder) and quotations. • Ensure timely delivery of backorders and maintain accurate records. • Coordinate with the Service Department and Counter Sales to ensure accurate parts processing. ordering. • Provide timely updates on delivery status to customers and internal teams. • Monitor and track reman core returns and process CAT claims as needed. Qualifications: • Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field with experience in parts processing or logistics. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Good communication and coordination abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and parts management software (e.g., Service Information System).
