Business Development Executive

We are a licensed employment agency based in Kuching. As part of our business expansion we are seeking a highly motivated and result driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Sarvices. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the company's growth in the employment services sector. This role requires a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets. - Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs. - Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, and business reports. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. - Ensure timely follow-ups and adherence to deadlines for all business proposals. - Travel when required for client meetings and business development activities. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in any field. - 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. - Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) to communicate effectively with clients. - Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and business applications. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Customer-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. -Fast learner who can adapt to a dynamic business environment. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under minimal supervision. - Willing to travel when required for business engagements.
