Project Planning and Execution: Review and understand M&E drawings and specifications to guide project execution. Develop detailed work plans and schedules for M&E activities. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of M&E works. Monitor progress against the schedule and identify potential delays. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to verify that M&E installations meet quality standards. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations. Identify and address quality issues promptly. Subcontractor Management: Select and manage M&E subcontractors, including performance evaluation and contract management. Conduct regular subcontractor meetings to discuss progress, issues, and solutions. Ensure subcontractors adhere to project safety protocols. Site Supervision: Oversee the installation and testing of all M&E systems on site. Resolve technical issues that arise during construction. Liaise with other site supervisors to coordinate activities across trades. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports detailing M&E activities and any challenges encountered. Maintain detailed records of M&E installations and testing results. Document non-compliance issues and corrective actions taken. Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict safety procedures on site related to M&E works. Conduct safety inspections and address safety concerns promptly.
