Production Technician

Qualifications : - Require higher education or specialized training/ certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum Diploma. Other Requirements : - Works on process/ production, test & repair and/or quality assignments with clearly defined objectives - Performs routine tasks, using prescribed procedures - Solves problems of limited scope and complexity - Willing to accept for normal shift working hour (OT is claimable) Job Descriptions : - Assemble to completion products and products testing per engineering documents and established production standards - Perform troubleshooting when needed - Operating other production equipment safely and effectively performing tasks necessary to complete product to engineering specifications. - Preparing and setup of necessary tools, equipment and supplies for assembly and test processes. - Prepare for shipping finished product by palletizing, crating and packing as required. - Review of finished assemblies, parts and product to ensure accuracy against assembly and test specifications - Report production issues and assist in resolutions as required. - Maintains in-process inventory at production, perform annual physical inventory cycle count. - Identify and report any assembly and test discrepancies immediately. - Inspect both incoming and outgoing material for quality and conformance to specifications and/or other applicable requirements.
