Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Global Operations Strategy Manager to lead and optimize our international operations. This role is critical in driving strategic initiatives across our global supply chain, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering cross-cultural collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex international projects and leading diverse teams. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: - Develop and implement global operations strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supply chain performance. - Lead cross-functional teams to align operational goals with the company’s long-term vision. International Collaboration: - Manage and coordinate operations across multiple countries, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between regional offices. - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within global teams. Supply Chain Optimization: - Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and distribution. - Implement best practices in supply chain management to ensure scalability and sustainability. Cross-Cultural Team Management: - Lead and mentor diverse teams across different cultural and geographical contexts. - Resolve conflicts and ensure effective communication across language barriers. Performance Monitoring: - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of global operations. - Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives. Global Travel: - Travel extensively to oversee operations, build relationships with international partners, and ensure alignment with global standards. Requirements: Education: - Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience in a multinational corporation. - Proven track record of managing global supply chains and leading cross-cultural teams. - Experience working in at least three different countries outside of the candidate’s home country. Certifications: - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification. - Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP) are a plus. Languages: - Fluency in English and at least two additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, German). Eligibility: - Open only to Foreign Nationals with no prior work history in Malaysia. - Must provide evidence of international experience and achievements.
