Project Oversight: - Oversee large-scale, international engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Technical Expertise: - Provide technical leadership in areas such as chemical, electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineering. - Ensure compliance with international engineering standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, ASME, FAA). Team Management: - Lead and mentor a global team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. - Promote diversity and inclusion within the engineering teams. Stakeholder Engagement: - Collaborate with senior executives, clients, and regulatory bodies to align engineering initiatives with business objectives. - Represent the company at international conferences and industry events. Risk Management: - Identify and mitigate risks associated with global engineering projects, including geopolitical, technical, and operational risks. Qualifications: - Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field). An MBA is a plus. - Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role managing international teams. Technical Skills: - Expertise in engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, ANSYS, MATLAB, SAP). - Strong understanding of international engineering standards and regulatory frameworks.
