You will be serving as a central link between the client’s hiring managers and candidates and handle entire process of recruitment including job advertisement, sourcing, screening, conducting interview to staff on-boarding across the region. 1. Source candidates through industry networking and direct headhunting 2. Build strong pipeline of talent whilst keeping up to date with market trends and analysis. 3. Manage full-cycle recruitment for Malaysia MNC Clients, which includes managing the approval process, sourcing, interview coordination, offer & on-boarding processes. 4. Working alongside with our Key Account, you will conduct the detailed job launch for all positions and ensure roles are advertised internally, on external careers site, and accessible to employee referral programs. 5. Undertaking screening of CVs and coordinate interview scheduling and feedback. 6. Playing the role of a key partner in ensuring recruitment needs are met, sharing critical information with hiring managers and keeping them regularly informed on progress. 7. Ensure cost-effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent. 8. Develop consultative relationships with business stakeholders. 9. Create partnerships with top universities and drive social media branding.
