Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities: 1. Identify, define and assess the processes / procedures needed for the quality management system (QMS) 2. Implement of an effective control and audit for supplier quality assurance 3. Implement of an effective customer complaint handling approach and the facilitation of customer audits 4. Manage customers’ queries and complaints as well as corrective and preventive action plans (8D) 5. Manage quality by implement of quality planning, quality control, quality assurance & quality improvement 6. Analyse defect data to ensure root cause resolution and rives corrective actions and continuous improvement 7. Liaise, coordinate and organize meetings with various departments to trouble shoot product quality problems and to resolve any product quality issues 8. Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved KPIsPerform disposition of non-conformance during mass production 9. Perform audit activities – assess conformity, evaluate effectiveness & identify opportunities for improvements
