1. To be responsible for the maintenance, up keeping and troubleshooting of all Mechanical, Electrical Air Conditioning systems, Security Systems and Office Equipment’s. 2. To attend, advice and feedback on all necessary preventive maintenance via checklists on Mechanical, Electrical, Air-Conditioning systems, Security Systems and Office Equipment’s. 3. To assist fellow colleague in monitoring the Firefighting systems (fire extinguishers) and other Firefighting monitoring systems (Fire Panel) 4. To assist in monitoring Lift and Escalator system (visual inspection only). 5. To assist in monitoring the sanitary and plumbing systems. 6. To be responsible for attending / supervising contractors (if any) 7. To be able to write simple report (daily and monthly reports) 8. To report to Superior(s) on the above scope of duties from time to time 9. To take instruction(s) from Superior time to time 10. Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs. 11. Perform repairs on client’s building or assets. 12. Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs. 13. Regularly check on working tools and equipment. 14. Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. 15. Repair basic plumbing, civil works and carpentry works. 16. Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as warehouse and workshop. 17. Perform any of drama showcase props preparation. 18. Provide support to technician. The Ideal Candidate: PMR/ SPM/ WIREMEN CERTIFICATE 3 years experience in High Rise building and Commercials property Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Fighting and Air Conditioning systems. Knowledge in Building Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Fighting and Air Conditioning Systems is compulsory. (Knowledge, Skills & Ability)
