Customer Service Coordinator 客户服务专员

Company Overview: Fastroll Labels (M) Sdn Bhd is a leading player in the printing industry, established in 1997 and dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our growth. Responsibilities: • Provide a prompt and professional response to customer inquiries. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow-up to ensure resolve cases. • Communicating and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to response and resolve customer complaints. • Keeping records of customer ratings, comments, and complaints. • Work closely with the QA department to drive continuous improvement on the product’s quality that is impacting the customers. • Work closely among the internal teams & support to achieve a high standard of customer's requirements. • Take extra mile to build good relationships with customers. • Other tasks as assigned by management. Job Requirement : • A minimum of 1–2 years of relevant working experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. • Highly motivated and self-driven with good interpersonal skills. • Team-player, independent with a high level of commitment and integrity. • Outgoing with a pleasant and positive attitude. • Experience in customer service management will be added advantage. • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; the ability to communicate in Mandarin will be considered an added asset. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Able to start work immediately.
