- Maintain general ledger and post journal entries; perform monthly bank reconciliation and assist in monthly reporting.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and account payables in the system.
- Perform vendor account reconciliation and liaise with vendors/internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in creating or maintaining counterparts in the accounting system.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist in preparing the company’s annual budget and monitoring budget utilization.
- Support the annual audit process by providing documents and explanations.
- Assist in preparing and filing SST (Sales and Services Tax).
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
