  • Maintain general ledger and post journal entries; perform monthly bank reconciliation and assist in monthly reporting.
  • Process vendor invoices, payments, and account payables in the system.
  • Perform vendor account reconciliation and liaise with vendors/internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in creating or maintaining counterparts in the accounting system.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Assist in preparing the company’s annual budget and monitoring budget utilization.
  • Support the annual audit process by providing documents and explanations.
  • Assist in preparing and filing SST (Sales and Services Tax).
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
