Customer Service:

    Sales:

    • Promote and sell jewelry products, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and watches.
    • Achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Upsell and cross-sell additional products based on customer preferences.

      Product Knowledge:

      • Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends, designs, and materials.

      • Assist customers with product care advice and warranty details.

        Inventory Management:

        • Ensure the jewelry display is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
        • Monitor inventory levels and inform management of low stock or fast-moving items.
        • Assist with stocktaking and ensure accuracy in product records.

          Transaction Handling:

          • Process sales transactions, including payments via cash, card, or other payment methods.
          • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally.
          • Issue invoices and receipts as necessary.

            Customer Relationship Management:

            • Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service and personalized care.
            • Maintain a customer database and follow up with past clients for repeat sales or special events.
            • Address customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.

              Marketing & Promotions:

              • Promote special offers, discounts, and new arrivals to customers.
              • Assist in implementing store promotions and events to attract new customers.

  • Sales experience (preferably in retail or jewelry).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on providing top-tier service.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and pricing.
  • Attention to detail and an eye for design and quality.
  • Strong product knowledge of jewelry and gemstones.
