1) Customer Service:- Address customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist customers with purchasing decisions and offer product recommendations (offer right products and quote customers)
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues (if happened)
2) Sales Support:- Assist colleagues in daily sales activities and administrative tasks
- Prepare and manage sales orders and reports accordingly.
- Coordinate with logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products
3) Inventory Management:- Monitor and ensure products are properly labeled, store and recorded
- Assist in stocktaking and inventory audits (if necessary)
4) Sales Reporting:- Compile and prepare sales reports and presentations
- Basic track and analyzed sales performance (if requested)
- Provide insights and recommendations to sales team based on data analyzed
5) Administrative Tasks:- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for sales team. (Setting zoom or wechat meeting if requested)
- Manage correspondence and communication on behalf of the sales team
- General office duties
6) Team Collaboration:- Can work in group with colleagues to achieve collective goals
- Provide backup support if necessary
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas
Qualifications and Skills:- Minimum high school level
- Experience in sales, customer services related field is more preferable
- Outgoing personnel, and strong interpersonal skills
- Excel in Microsoft office Suites (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer focused attitude with problem solving capabilities
