  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance user engagement in a dynamic and competitive online environment.
  • Manage player lifecycle campaigns, promotional activities, and VIP retention programs.
  • Utilize data analytics to segment users and optimize marketing campaigns for better conversion and retention.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to provide a seamless user experience in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven industry.
  • Monitor customer behavior, transaction patterns, and engagement trends to improve loyalty strategies.
  • Diploma or above. Bilingual in English, Chinese (verbal, written& read).
  • Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum 1-year working experience in Sales, Customer Service,Telesales, or CRM (at least 6 months in the same company).
  • Experience in CRM, customer engagement, or loyalty program management.
  • Familiarity with player retention strategies, gamified engagement models, and reward mechanisms.
  • Strong understanding, proactive to ask questions and seek guidance when needed.
  • Experience in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Smartico, Fast Track, or Optimove is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, entry level position available and training is provided.
