(Automation Semicon) Project Execution Engineer

Job Scope Manage the end-to-end implementation of automation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives on time and within budget Provide technical leadership and expertise to support the design, development, and integration of automation solutions Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand requirements, identify risks, and develop effective project plans Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed Conduct testing, validation, and commissioning of automation systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards Document project activities, lessons learned, and best practices to drive continuous improvement Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of automation systems Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Execution Engineer or similar role in the semiconductor industry Strong technical expertise in automation systems, controls, and integration, with a solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to develop and execute project plans Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, and automation software, such as PLC programming tools
