Admin Executive

Marketing Management: - Monitor and update the marketing status of the project, including advertising, unit pricing, number of units sold, and project progress. - Support marketing activities by preparing promotional materials such as sales kits, flyers, brochures, and marketing message copy. - Manage communication channels such as WhatsApp and Telegram for the dissemination of project information and promotions Project Management: - Provide weekly reports and updates to management on unit status, payments, and promotional progress. - Conduct initial project research, including area research, project analysis, and gathering supporting data. - Organize and coordinate meetings with partners such as developers, real estate agents, or marketing vendors. Operations & Coordination: - Regularly update the house progress reports and ensure that the information is shared with relevant parties. - Manage orders for marketing materials such as merchandise, hampers, trophies, certificates, and other promotional items. - Supervise and ensure effective use of marketing tools (flyers, brochures). Qualifications: - At least Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field - At least 1-2 years of experience as a real estate agent is an added advantage - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Proficient in using applications such as Excel, WhatsApp, Telegram, and data management systems. - Proactive, organized, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
