Responsibilities: -To formulate and maintain an effective Quality Control System towards improving product quality and standards. -To evaluate, inspect and resolve in-house quality issues. Organize and lead team discussions in quality improvement activities. -To implement quality audit programs to ensure compliance of quality requirements. Halal and Mesti document. -To prepare and update standard pratices and procedures for use within the organization. -To ensure factory operators follow a code of hygiene. -To conduct a premise and equipment hygiene and cleanliness inspection. -To monitor and ensure quality testing, inspection and recording incoming raw materials/goods /packaging inspection etc. Requirements: -Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Halal Management/Food Management or Degree in Food Technology/ Food Science more preferred. -Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia -At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. -Excellent time management and multitasking skill. -Excellent Attention to Detail, Organized and Analytical -Good written and spoken communication skills. -Fast learner, strong organizational and problem-solving skills. -Required skill(s): Microsoft (Word,Excel,PowerPoint). Excellent computer skill will be an added advantage. -Positive Attitude & Self-Starter who can work in team and collaboratively to achieve company goals.
