Location: Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday 8.00 to 4.30pm)
Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm

Characteristic Requirement:
1. Open for all Malaysian and at least 1-year experience related to F&B Barista or Hotel Management.
2. Min. Diploma holder and have hotel background will add advantage.
3. We want team players who are positive, outgoing, great personality with great looks too.
4. Must have interested on coffee and tea industry and design new drinks recipe.
5. Knowledge on handling coffee machine and latte art skills will add advantage.
6. Must have strong communication skills and friendly with customer.
7. Must have mathematics knowledge to calculate drinks costing.
8. Must have knowledge on Microsoft Word and Excel to record S.O.P drinks and costing.
9. Must know using PC- desktop.
10. Be punctual and consistent attendance.
11. Responsibilities, and independence work.
12. Multi-tasking of various front and back of the house duties such as assist store organizing stock, assist admin preparing stock, daily cleaning job, sanitizing of work areas, utensils and equipment. If can not accept multi-tasking, please don’t apply this job.
13. Healthy body and Not always MC and can continuously 8 hours stay at bar handle drinks.
14. Have own transport come for working.
15. Must have driving or motor license.
Job Scope:
1. Responsible for training barista of all our customer.
2. Explain and demonstrate beverages and equipment to customer.
3. Maintain and updating Latte Art skills.
4. Packing and re-packing drinks material.
5. Stock inventory checking.
6. Develop new beverages or seasonal beverages every quarterly from existing or new raw material.
7. Assist in resolving any problems from customer related about beverages recipe and brewing equipment.
8. Check & updating and draft standard operating process (SOP) of our drinks recipe.
