  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Base is a premium lifestyle Pickleball Club situated near Old Town Petaling Jaya.

The Base Operations Crew is the first point of contact for customers and plays a crucial role in creating a positive experience at our facility.

Responsibilities includes:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide information about programs, services, and facility policies. Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism.
  • Court Management: Monitor court usage, ensure players adhere to rules and etiquette, and handle customer enquiries regarding court bookings and reservations. Maintain court cleanliness.
  • Point of Sale: Process transactions for memberships, lessons, pro shop purchases, and snack bar items. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Scheduling: Monitor & manage court bookings and reservations using the facility's scheduling system.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phones, filing, and data entry.
  • Pro Shop Assistance: Assist customers with pro shop purchases, provide product information, and maintain inventory.
  • Snack Bar Assistance: Maintain cleanliness & restocks of the snack bar area, and handle sales transactions.
  • Opening/Closing Duties: Open and close the facility according to established procedures. Secure the facility at the end of the day.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours on shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge & interest in Pickleball is a plus.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 48 per week

Schedule:

  • Holidays
  • Rotational shift

Work Location: In person
