Job Description
If you are passionate about beauty & enjoy sharing your beauty knowledge with customers, consider joining our team & be the Clarins' ambassador.
1. Standards Operational Procedure
- Ensure compliance with company strategy and SOPs, maintaining discipline and professionalism.
- Enforce grooming standards and cleanliness across the store and team.
- Address and report maintenance issues promptly, ensuring safety.
- Design and manage rosters to optimize staffing, especially during peak seasons.
2. Sales & KPI Management
- Demonstrate strong sales skills, training the team to improve sales and meet KPIs.
- Track performance, assess results, and implement sales strategies.
- Monitor key metrics like Average Transaction Value, Item per Transaction, and Average Unit Retail.
- Motivate and guide the team to meet sales targets, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Report sales performance regularly and implement quarterly reviews.
- Train and motivate all team member to achieve store target
- Lead and emphasize on teamwork among all staff to achieve the store daily, weekly and monthly sales target
3. Stock & Inventory Management
- Maintain inventory and stock levels, ensuring products are organized and meet company standards.
- Aware and keep track of POS monthly inventory holding at healthy level, right product mixed especially top 20 selling items.
- Track stock movement, minimize Out of Stock (OOS), and manage stock expiry.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with loss prevention protocols.
4. Trade Marketing
- Execute marketing plans to target the right customer behaviors and enhance brand awareness.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and collaborate with Visual Merchandisers.
- Promote customer recruitment, retention, and drive engagement through events and sampling.
5. People & Business Management
- Recruit, train, and develop the team, implementing systems like Buddy System and Clarins Beauty Journey.
- Manage store performance, coach substandard performers, and ensure proper staffing.
- Motivate the team through clear direction, promoting morale and driving change.
- Create/develop plans with clear focus based on store needs and regularly discuss the store grade from time to time and ensure the coaching with sharing of good practice to the team.
- Create development plans based on team strengths and needs, promoting a positive, results-driven environment.
