Retail Operations Support Admin

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Operations Support Admin to oversee administrative, operational, and customer service tasks. This role ensures the smooth operation of our retail stores, allowing Branch Managers to focus on sales and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations & Administrative Support
- Manage store schedules, including setting up new monthly schedules.
- Handle package extensions, conversions, and system logging.
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment in coordination with logistics.
- Assist in the vetting and operational implementation of promotions.
- Process orders, update stock levels, and maintain inventory documentation.
- Verify and ensure accurate closure of daily appointments.
- Generate and update performance tracking reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Set up systems for new products, services, and discount codes.
- Track commissions and attendance records.
- Conduct daily verification of appointments and campaign code applications.
- Prepare monthly operations meeting decks and reports.
- Maintain the operations calendar and schedule meetings.
2. Customer Follow-Up & Success Support
- Track and analyze customer satisfaction scores and rebooking rates to ensure service excellence.
3. Retail Troubleshooting & Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers and third-party service providers for cleaning, maintenance, and other store-related needs.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to manage store repairs and update relevant logs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Availability to start immediately is highly preferred.
Good to Have:
- Basic knowledge of automation tools such as Zapier.
- Experience in project management and familiarity with Monday.com.
