Responsibilities

Monitor the swimming pool area to ensure guest safety.

Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
Provide first aid, CPR, and emergency response when necessary.
Greet and assist guests, creating a welcoming and safe environment.
Maintain a safe environment of the pool, furniture, and surrounding areas.
Ensure all pool equipment is functioning properly and report any issues.
Participate in emergency response and safety training.
Assist with guest retention by providing excellent service and amenities.

Qualifications

International or locally recognized Lifeguard Certification.

CPR and First Aid certification.
Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
Strong swimming ability and emergency response skills.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Physically fit with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
