1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential clients (property developers, real estate agencies, corporate clients).
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Develop customized pitches for digital marketing, branding, and creative services.

2. Sales & Business Development

  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase Envicion Studio’s services.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored marketing solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project scopes with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

3. Account Management & Client Retention

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve clients’ marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, copywriting) to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Proposal & Quotation Preparation

  • Develop detailed proposals and quotations for digital marketing and creative services.
  • Ensure pricing strategies align with company goals and client budgets.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track sales performance, lead conversions, and client feedback.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management with insights and recommendations.

6. Upselling & Cross-Selling

  • Identify opportunities to offer additional services (SEO, media buying, social media management, video production, etc.).
  • Educate clients on the benefits of a full-suite digital marketing approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,442.75 per month
