1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential clients (property developers, real estate agencies, corporate clients).
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Develop customized pitches for digital marketing, branding, and creative services.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase Envicion Studio’s services.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored marketing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project scopes with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Account Management & Client Retention
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve clients’ marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, copywriting) to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Proposal & Quotation Preparation
- Develop detailed proposals and quotations for digital marketing and creative services.
- Ensure pricing strategies align with company goals and client budgets.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Track sales performance, lead conversions, and client feedback.
- Provide regular sales reports to management with insights and recommendations.
6. Upselling & Cross-Selling
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services (SEO, media buying, social media management, video production, etc.).
- Educate clients on the benefits of a full-suite digital marketing approach.
