Job Overview

As a Billing and Contract Administration Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Billing, Contracts, and Assignments Management department. You will gain hands-on experience in various tasks relating to billing, contract management, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities

Billing Management

Assist in billing management activities that includes;

  • Creating Remarketing Sales Invoices
  • Creating First-term invoices
  • Creating Inertia invoices
  • Creating Extension invoices
  • Creating Stamping Invoices
  • Creating EOL/RMA damages charges invoices.

Assignment Management

Assist with documentation relating to assignment management to enable sale of contracts to a funding party.

End-of-Lease (EOL) Contract Management

Assist in coordination and administration of EOL equipment within a stipulated timeline. These tasks include but not limited to;

  • Communication management with customers,
  • Equipment refresh management,
  • Equipment termination management

Assist with managing asset movements to, with and from our customers. These tasks includes but not limited to;

  • Asset to invoices mapping.
  • Asset management systems cleanup.

Others

  • Responsible for checking and authorizing Delivery Order, Rental Order Contracts and Sales Orders on a shift by shift basis, along with other members of the Billing Team.
  • Assist in data preparation for new ERP migration
  • Ensure to attend all online or on/off-site training or any other training arranged by the company for its staff.
  • Responsible for ensuring completion of any other work parcels or tasks appropriately assigned.

Requirements:

  • Looking for internships in accounting or finance or related fields.
  • Successfully pass mandatory Rentwise Hiring tests with at least 70% scoring for each test.
  • Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written. Good to fluently speak Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work non-standard hours on occasion to meet customer demands.
  • Go getter attitude and a fast learner.

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
