We are seeking a motivated HR & Admin Assistant to support day-to-day HR and administrative operations. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to build their career in HR and administration while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Assist to track attendance, process leave, and support payroll.
  • Assist to manage admin tasks like scheduling and documentation.
  • Assist to process invoices, track expenses, and assist with reports.
  • Travel to site locations as required for HR and admin tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Fresh graduates welcome; no experience required.
  • Details-oriented, organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and eager to learn.
