Responsible for general admin duties with related duties.
- To ensure HQ and each site are properly insured and renew on time
- To analyses and review the insurance application and claims for the company and clients
- To liaise and communicate with client, external solicitors and relevant parties, local authorities & government organization
- To attend JMB/MC or clients meeting when necessary
- To liaise with the Credit Control department on recovering the outstanding payment and/or settlement proposals of debtors and filling of tribunal cases
- To prepare monthly HQ report by 5 of the month.
- Calling / attending to debtors’ queries in relation to legal actions.
- All administrative functions and general clerical work including photocopying, typing, filing, faxing and recording information.
-Attending calls & email inquiry.
-Proper filing and documentation
Requirement
- Qualification: SPM / STPM / Diploma.
- Min 2 years experiences in administration/customer service/property management
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Based in Puchong Sierra 16
Working on Monday - Friday
