  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing cloud-based solutions for digital native companies. This role involves working closely with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of Alibaba Cloud solutions. 1. Solution Design and Architecture: - Collaborate with customers to understand their business and technical requirements. - Design and architect scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions tailored to the needs of digital native companies. Help customers adopt modern application development methodologies and tools. - Drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies such as serverless, containerization, and generative AI. 2. Technical Leadership: - Provide technical leadership and expertise in cloud architecture, security, compliance, and best practices. - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud technology, DevOps, microservices and security. - Conduct technical workshops, presentations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams. 3. Customer Engagement: - Work closely with sales teams to support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical evaluations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to help customers achieve their business objectives. 4. Thought Leadership & Collaboration: - Provide technical leadership and expertise in cloud architecture, security, compliance, AI and best practices. - Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and support teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into future product releases. - Conduct technical workshops, presentations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams.

Position Requirement

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in a solutions architect, technical consultant, or similar role, with a focus on digital native companies. - Proven track record of designing and implementing cloud solutions. - Good knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and application architecture, Generative AI would be an added advantage. - Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to customer engagement. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A quick learner with a passion for cloud technology. - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
