Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / ‘O’ Level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Computer skills – Using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
  • Team Skills – Being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment, working independently as well as working on a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Organize workload, set priorities, and work within deadlines.
