Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / ‘O’ Level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Computer skills – Using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Team Skills – Being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment, working independently as well as working on a team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Organize workload, set priorities, and work within deadlines.
