Requirements:
- Minimum SPM with a minimum of 6 months of working experience in the customer support industry.
- Fresh graduates with Degrees in Mass Communication or equivalent are welcome.
- Must have B2 level English and C1+ level Mandarin & Cantonese language proficiency.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with a 90% accuracy score.
- Well-versed in using Microsoft Office and other spreadsheet applications.
Job Description:
- Assist customers with online order placement and provide timely support via phone and email.
- Escalate priority issues through proper channels when needed (live chat, website, email)
- Process payments securely, ensuring customer data protection.
- Address customer concerns proactively to protect brand reputation.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
