  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural, Architectural, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervision experience in construction on-site.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and architectural practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must be registered with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM) and/or Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) as Inspector of Works.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project progress control, including quality control, cost variation, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Assist in monitoring and coordinating Architectural works to be completed by Contractors for project completion.
  • Report and propose solutions for any critical and/or major issues.
  • Liaise and coordinate with the team to resolve technical and interfacing issues.
  • Monitor, supervise, and inspect works.
  • Conduct supervision responsibilities to ensure standards of work are in adherence to benchmarks and deadlines.
  • Ensure proper documentation and corrective actions are taken when necessary.
  • Monitor general work progress to ensure compliance with requirements and technical specifications.
  • Maintain on-site quality control and escalate discrepancies to relevant stakeholders for corrective action.
  • Ensure construction materials are specified and used according to best practices.
