Requirements

  • Open to SPM holders with relevant experience.
  • Required languages: Mandarin, English.
  • Dynamic, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping procedures is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in sales administration is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant industrial training will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily general clerical duties.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities for the office and building, including any ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Handle general administration tasks.
  • Support sales personnel with data entry.
  • Assist with sales inquiries and quotations.
  • Maintain records and organize the filing system.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
