Job Description:

1. Accounts Payable Management:
Prepare and maintain the Accounts Payable (AP) aging list to ensure timely payments and smooth cash flow.

2. Transaction Processing:
Accurately key in new transactions and update records in a timely manner.

3. Weekly Reporting:
Generate and print the aging list on a weekly basis to support financial tracking and decision-making.

4. Invoice Management:
Process all trade creditor invoices and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.

5. Document Coordination:
Work closely with the Purchasing Department to track Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Orders (DOs), Invoices, and Statements of Account (SOA).

6. Non-Trade Invoices:
Record non-trade invoices in the SQL system upon receipt of approved originals, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

7. Outstanding Balance Monitoring:
Prepare an Excel file to monitor outstanding balances in the SOA on a monthly basis, helping to manage the company’s credit exposure.

8. Payment List Preparation:
Collaborate with the payment team by preparing a list of invoices ready for payment, ensuring that all supporting documents are provided.

9. Payment Confirmation & Communication:
Deposit cheques when needed and promptly inform suppliers with bank-in slips to confirm payment.

10. Follow-Up & Communication:
Liaise with the Purchasing Department to resolve pending cases and ensure smooth processing of payments.

11. Ad-Hoc Projects:
Take on additional assignments as assigned, offering an opportunity to contribute to various finance and operational functions.

Requirements :

· Minimum 2-3 years working experience with a housing development

· Familiar with workflow for planning of housing development project

· Meticulous, prompt follow up with initiative, good organizational and time management skills

· Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Computer Literate in Microsoft Office

· Able to work independently

· Must have own transport.
