  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

SALARY RANGE: RM 3000 - RM 4000

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

  • Perform and assist the end-to-end execution of the day-to-day financial operations of the Company for AR, interco, cash and bank, cash flow and other financial related transactions

  • Responsible for the credit control of the Company, which includes timely collection and debts recovery, updates daily collection data and facilitate with the registration and evaluation of debtors

  • Supports monthly AR review and GST submissions

  • Liaising and working closely with auditors, shared service function and other stakeholders to ensure smooth AR & AP process.

  • Assist and support in strengthening and improving AR internal control and processes

  • All other ad hoc work assigned as required from time to time.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CPA is a plus).

  • 1-3 years of experience in AR, AP, or finance operations.

  • Knowledge of credit control, debt recovery, and GST submissions.

  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

  • Experience working with auditors and shared service functions.

  • Proactive in process improvement and internal controls.
