Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment:

  • Manage offline ordering process from receipt to delivery.
  • Oversee online marketplace orders.
  • Collaborate with third-party partners to meet service level agreements.

Inventory Management:

  • Coordinate with China team on upcoming stock.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Work with logistics partners to ensure efficient transportation.
  • Focus on cost-effective shipping solutions.

Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
  • Reduce operational costs.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Prepare regular performance reports.
  • Track inventory levels.
  • Monitor logistics costs.

Key Requirement

  • 2-3 years experience.
  • Background in FMCG, third-party logistics, or distribution.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
  • This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM48,000.00 - RM66,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • FMCG, 3PL or Distribution: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Order Management (Offline & Online): 2 years (Preferred)
  • Inventory control, Management Software: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Logistics Coordination: 2 years (Preferred)
