  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client, a renowned FMCG is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing the accounting and finance operations for the site.

  • Industry: Manufacturing / Food
  • Location: Pasir Gudang
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM - 6.00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee the team in daily accounting and finance activities, including but not limited to AP/AR, fixed assets, budgeting, costing, and taxation.
  • Prepare financial and management reports, including monthly and annual closing activities.
  • Manage taxation matters, including corporate tax and indirect tax.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents for statutory audits and taxation requirements.
  • Ensure timely month-end closing and accurate journal entries.
  • Oversee postings and reconciliations in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Ensure adherence to local and international financial standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Finance/Accounting function, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience in standard costing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Minimal travel required (approx. once a month).
