  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Requirements:

  • Required at least a qualification of SPM or above
  • Proficient in Mandarin, and English is a must
  • Have no issue to be based in office located at Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
  • Able to join on the following date: 12 March 2025
  • Willing to work on 4.5/5 days with rotational off day basis (including weekend & Public Holiday)
  • Able to commit working on 9 hours shift basis between 7.30am to 6pm (Mon - Fri) and 9am to 1pm (Sat).
  • Able to multitask on a regular basis
  • Able to handle customer’s and solve their enquiries in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

· Able to handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

· Listen and solve customer’s enquiries or complaints in a professional manner

· Perform any administrative tasks requires by supervisor

· Able to transfer incoming calls relating to the relevant department correctly

· Ensure all SLA are being met appropriately

· Ensure the end-to-end experience for all customers at a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Salary: RM 3000 Basic + up to RM 200 KPI allowance
