  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
  • Conduct presentations and inform clients about new policies

Policy Management:

  • Assist clients with policy renewals.
  • Modify policies as needed (e.g., add coverage, update beneficiary information).
  • Help clients file claims and provide necessary documentation.

Claims Assistance:

  • Guide clients through the process of filing a claim.
  • Communicate with insurance companies on behalf of clients to ensure claims are processed.
  • Resolve issues related to denied or delayed claims.

Customer Service:

  • Provide ongoing support to clients for any policy-related questions or issues.
  • Handle inquiries about billing, coverage, and policy changes.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and payments.
  • Update client data and track renewals and follow-up actions.

Compliance and Regulations:

  • Ensure policies and practices comply with state and federal insurance regulations.
  • Keep up to date with insurance laws and industry changes.

Networking and Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and referrals.
  • Attend industry events and professional development courses to stay current.

Administrative Duties:

  • Process applications, documents, and claims.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients.
  • Prepare reports and sales projections for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
