  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Basic Salary:-

  • Basic RM9000 + RM10000

Working Hours : 7 AM to 4PM

  • working Days : 5 days in a week ( Monday - Sunday )

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, investigates, and resolves users problems with their Social Media account
  • Fields support chat platform, from users with inquiries regarding their Social Media account, and similar concerns.

Requirements:

  • This vacancy applicable for only Native Korean. (Required)
  • Able to speak, read and write in Korean language (Required)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree with no exp (acceptable)
  • Diploma with min 1 year of call center experience (acceptable)
  • SPM with min 3 years of experience in call center experience (acceptable)
