Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Support management in handling employee performance and disciplinary issues.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation of performance review processes.
- Provide guidance on goal-setting and employee development plans.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.
- Support payroll processing and ensure the accuracy of HR data.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Assist with career development initiatives.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
