Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Support management in handling employee performance and disciplinary issues.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation of performance review processes.
  • Provide guidance on goal-setting and employee development plans.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Administer employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure the accuracy of HR data.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
  • Assist with career development initiatives.

Compliance & Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
