JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidate Screening:

  • Review resumes, cover letters, and application forms to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to verify basic eligibility.

Background Checks:

  • Perform verification of employment history, education, and references.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards (e.g., identity verification, criminal record checks).

Document Verification:

  • Examine submitted documents for authenticity and accuracy.
  • Validate certifications, licenses, or other required credentials.

Data Entry and Maintenance:

  • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or internal databases.
  • Update status and feedback for each candidate or case.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Liaise with hiring managers or other teams for clarifications and next steps.
  • Provide feedback or updates to candidates during the process.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure all screening processes comply with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Generate and submit periodic reports on screening metrics and outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
