  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

2. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and revenue streams.
Client Acquisition:
1. Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
2. Develop and present tailored proposals to property owners, real estate developers, and investors.

Partnership Development:
1. Establish and nurture partnerships with stakeholders, including property agents, contractors, and suppliers.
2. Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and partners.

Revenue Generation:
1. Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities across renovation and rental management services.
2. Monitor sales metrics and ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.

Relationship Management:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
2. Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

Industry Insights & Trends:
1. Stay informed about trends in short-term rentals, property management, and renovation services.
2. Provide regular reports and insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in property management or renovation industries.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to develop and sustain long-term relationships.
5. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
7. Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
10. Passion for the real estate and renovation industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
