Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to manage enterprise clients, drive business growth, and deliver tailored digital solutions. This role requires expertise in sales, client management, and problem-solving to help businesses optimize their processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand and address business challenges.
  • Design and implement customized business process workflows.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and business growth targets.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or consulting.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing deals).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage executives and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
