2. Order Processing & Coordination
- Ensure accurate order entry into the system.

3. Complaint Handling & Problem Resolution
- Address customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.

4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Build and maintain good relationships with regular customers and corporate clients.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a database of loyal customers for promotions and special events.
5. Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
- Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor stock availability for frequently requested flower arrangements.
6. Marketing & Promotion Support
- Assist in promoting store promotions, seasonal discounts, and new arrivals.
- Suggest and implement ideas to improve customer experience.
- Support social media and online customer engagement when required.
7. General Store Support
- Help maintain a pleasant and welcoming store environment.
- Assist with flower care and simple arrangements if needed.
- Support team members during peak seasons like Mother’s Day, and festive periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
