1. Customer Support & Sales

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-store visits.
  • Provide recommendations on flower arrangements, bouquets, and gift packages.
  • Process orders, including walk-ins, online, and corporate clients.
  • Assist customers in selecting flowers based on occasions, budget, and preferences.
  • Upsell additional products like vases, greeting cards, and premium packaging.

2. Order Processing & Coordination

  • Ensure accurate order entry into the system.
  • Coordinate with florists and delivery teams to fulfill orders on time.
  • Track and update customers on their order status.
  • Handle last-minute order changes, special requests, and urgent deliveries.

3. Complaint Handling & Problem Resolution

  • Address customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
  • Process refunds, exchanges, or replacements if required.
  • Manage feedback and escalate unresolved issues to management.

4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Build and maintain good relationships with regular customers and corporate clients.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a database of loyal customers for promotions and special events.

5. Administrative & Reporting Tasks

  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
  • Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Monitor stock availability for frequently requested flower arrangements.

6. Marketing & Promotion Support

  • Assist in promoting store promotions, seasonal discounts, and new arrivals.
  • Suggest and implement ideas to improve customer experience.
  • Support social media and online customer engagement when required.

7. General Store Support

  • Help maintain a pleasant and welcoming store environment.
  • Assist with flower care and simple arrangements if needed.
  • Support team members during peak seasons like Mother’s Day, and festive periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
